Ordering custom socks
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Most custom production orders begin at 50 pairs per design. You can still choose the 1–50 range in our quote form to discuss samples, pilot quantities, or the closest available production option.
Which sock styles can I customize?+
We work with crew, ankle, quarter-length, knee-high, dot-grip, yoga, daily sports, and elite sports socks. Tell us how the socks will be used and we will help narrow the options.
Can I mix sizes or styles in one order?+
Possibly. Minimums normally apply per design, style, and size combination. Share the mix you need and your quote will spell out the most practical production plan.
Can you create custom packaging?+
Packaging options can be discussed with your quote. Send any packaging references, insert copy, QR code, or event details with your design brief.
Design and artwork
Do I need finished artwork?+
No. A logo, photo, sketch, color reference, or written idea is enough to start. Our design team can turn rough material into a sock-ready direction.
How quickly will I receive a design?+
We aim to email your first free custom sock design within 24 hours. Complex briefs or requests submitted during busy periods may take longer, and we will keep you informed.
Which file types can I upload?+
The quote form accepts PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, and SVG files. You can add files over several selections, with up to eight files and 30 MB in total.
Can the left and right socks be different?+
Yes, mismatched pairs are possible for some constructions. Because they effectively contain two designs, the minimum quantity and pricing may differ.
Production and quality
What materials are available?+
Material and yarn recommendations depend on the sock style, artwork, performance needs, and budget. Your quote will identify the proposed construction before you approve an order.
Can you match brand colors?+
We can work from brand guidelines, Pantone references, or visual samples. Exact results depend on the available yarn or production method, so we confirm the closest achievable match during design review.
Can I approve the design before production?+
Yes. Production begins only after the project details, artwork direction, and commercial terms have been confirmed through the approval process described in your quote or invoice.
Pricing and delivery
How is custom sock pricing calculated?+
Pricing depends on style, quantity, sizes, design complexity, packaging, delivery location, and timing. Larger quantities usually create a better per-pair price.
How long does production take?+
Timing varies by construction, order size, approvals, and current factory capacity. We provide an estimated production and delivery window with each quote.
Which carriers do you use?+
Orders may ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another suitable carrier. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. International shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are handled according to the destination and the terms stated in your quote.
