These Terms & Conditions govern your use of soxfun.com and your communications with Soxfun about custom sock projects. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. A confirmed order may also be governed by a quotation, invoice, proof approval, or other written agreement; if there is a conflict, the project-specific written terms take priority.
1. Website purpose
The Site provides information about our custom sock capabilities and a way to request designs or quotations. Submitting a form is an inquiry, not an accepted purchase order or guarantee of price, availability, or delivery date.
2. Quotations and minimum quantities
Most production orders begin at 50 pairs per design. The quote form includes a 1–50 range so customers can discuss samples, pilot quantities, or the nearest available option. Prices depend on sock style, quantity, size mix, artwork complexity, packaging, delivery destination, timing, taxes, duties, and other project requirements. Quotes remain valid only for the period stated in the quote.
3. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own, license, or otherwise have permission to use every logo, photograph, illustration, name, trademark, and other material submitted to us. You remain responsible for the content and legality of your materials. You grant Soxfun and its production partners a limited right to use submitted materials solely to evaluate, design, manufacture, and deliver your project. We may decline material that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or unsafe.
4. Design proofs and approvals
Digital proofs are visual guides. Screen colors, scale, stitch or knit resolution, yarn availability, and production tolerances can cause reasonable differences in the physical product. You are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, colors, placement, size, and other details before approval. Production begins only after the required written approval and payment conditions are satisfied.
5. Payment, changes, and cancellation
Payment timing and accepted methods will appear on the quote or invoice. Requests to change or cancel an order should be made immediately. Once artwork preparation, materials purchasing, sampling, or production has begun, some costs may be non-refundable and cancellation may not be possible.
6. Production and delivery estimates
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may arise from approval changes, material availability, carrier disruption, customs, weather, public holidays, or events outside reasonable control. We may use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another suitable carrier. Risk, duties, taxes, and import obligations are handled according to the shipping terms stated in your quote.
7. Quality concerns
Please inspect an order promptly after delivery. If you believe the goods materially differ from the approved specification or have a manufacturing defect, contact us with the order details and clear photographs within the period stated in your quote, or within seven days if no period is stated. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer repair, replacement, credit, or another reasonable solution.
8. Acceptable site use
You may not misuse the Site, interfere with its security, submit malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Site in a way that disrupts service, or use its content in violation of law or third-party rights.
9. Site content and availability
Site photographs, designs, copy, graphics, and branding belong to Soxfun or their respective licensors. They may not be reproduced commercially without permission. We work to keep information useful and accurate but may update styles, specifications, pricing, or availability without notice. The Site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soxfun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from Site use or a project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any project-specific remedy or liability limit stated in a signed or accepted order document will apply to that order.
11. Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data and uploaded files are handled. We may revise these terms from time to time and will show the updated date above. Continued use of the Site after a revision means the new terms apply to future use.
