We didn't explain some stuff clearly enough when we ordered. When they arrived, a few pairs had pattern placement a bit different from what we expected. Not a big deal, just not exactly what we had in mind.
Hit up customer service, they were cool. Said if it was their mistake they'd remake free, but since it was our lack of clarity, remake costs money. A bit annoying but fair, it's custom stuff.
Tip: give as much detail as you can, say everything clearly, confirm the mockup before ordering. That way production goes as planned, no mix-ups.
