Got 220 pairs for our company team building, knit with logo and theme. Everyone loved them. Had a rough idea at first, sent logo and theme text, got mockup back in under 24 hours that nailed it. Changed it a few times, they were patient, helped with colors too.

Final socks: knit clean, colors right, almost exactly the mockup. Cotton soft, everyone was happy wearing them, looked good in group photos. Box solid, each pair bagged, nothing broken, box no dents.

This review is just about their after-sales, because it was that good.

Our company got a batch. When they arrived, one batch had pattern placement slightly off from what we wanted. Turned out it was a misunderstanding — some details weren't clear in our initial talks.

Hit up customer service, explained, sent photos. Once they understood, zero excuses, zero blame — immediately said they'd remake the batch.

And fast too — less than a week to remake, shipped air plus courier, arrived in two weeks. Remade batch was exactly what we asked for, pattern placement right, quality good.

Super satisfied with their after-sales. Tip for everyone: give as much detail as you can when ordering, say everything clearly, so production goes as planned and no mix-ups.

Small hiccup but they handled it like pros. Will keep working with them.

Follow-up (2 months later):

Update. Wore them 2 months, honest thoughts, plus comparing to before.

Our department used another company before — garbage quality, pilled after 2 weeks, knit got blurry, and they refused returns or exchanges. Bad time.
