Every time a first-time buyer reaches out, I can hear the hesitation in their voice. They're not sure if they're asking the right questions. They're worried they'll mess up the design. They're afraid they don't know enough to even get started, and they don't want to sound clueless.
I tell them the same thing every time: you don't need to know everything. That's why we're here. We've walked hundreds of first-timers through this process. We know exactly where people get stuck.
Before you start, there are really only a few things you need to figure out. What style of sock do you want? Most people go with crew socks—they hit mid-calf and give you enough room for your logo or design. What material is right for you? Combed cotton is soft and breathable, good for everyday wear. Polyester blends hold color well and are tougher for active use. What's your timeline? Production takes 7 to 14 days, and shipping to your door takes about a week. If you're in a hurry, we can rush it.
And sizing—a lot of first-timers get hung up on this. Don't overthink it. Socks are stretchy. One size covers a wide range of foot sizes comfortably. We always recommend "one size fits all." It makes everything simpler.
If you're not sure about any of this—just ask. We'll figure it out together. When you're doing something for the first time, there's no such thing as a stupid question.
